Ice Cap Camping

(Thursday morning, bright and early, on our way to pick up uncle Zac and aunt Megs)
Before even hitting the Oregon border, Tiago managed to slick back his hair with butter, when he decided to wear his breakfast toast as a hat (lovely. Two more days before his next bath...)
Our little lumber-jack loved camping!
(The icy blue waters of the McKenzie river at Ice Cap--amazing!)
Tiago skipped his naps and stayed up to 10pm most nights because there was just too much to see and do!
Although he was not a fan of the life vest, he did not seem to mind the freezing water (and would have willingly gone in chest deep, if given the chance)! Instead, mommy kept him in at ankle depths and let him play in the mud...
Natasha was so cute. She brought a mini-skirt, tiara, clip-on earings, pink Keds and pink Crocs to come camping in. That's my kind of girl:
(The kids were just too cute together --Natasha was so wonderful with Tiago)!
My perspective of the camping trip was mostly of the campsite and the inside of the tent (being a mommy camper kind of sucks).
But on the last day, as the group was packing things up, I was able to venture out to visit my favorite waterfall...Koosah Falls in all of it's lush glory:
